Who we are

What we collect
One thing: the work email address you type into the demo form, if you choose to type it. Nothing else is collected. We do not ask for a name, a company, a phone number or a payment detail anywhere on this site.
The assistant in the corner runs entirely in your browser. Its answers are written by us and shipped with the page, so what you type there is never sent anywhere and never reaches us.
Why we collect it, and for how long
To send you the product walkthrough you asked for and to reply to you about it. That is the only use. We keep an address until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clear the conversation ended, whichever comes first.
Where it goes
While the site is in this preview stage, a submitted address is queued in your own browser storage and is not transmitted to any server. When the capture endpoint is connected, addresses will be sent to it and that change will be reflected here before it goes live. We do not sell addresses, and we do not share them with advertisers.
What is stored on your device
No cookies are set by this site, and no tracking or advertising script is loaded. The page writes two things to your browser's local storage, both of which stay on your device:
- The email address you submitted, queued as described above.
- A count of recent form submissions, used to stop automated abuse of the form.
During the private preview, the site also stores a temporary access flag in session storage after the correct password is entered. It contains no password or personal information and disappears when the browser tab is closed.
You can clear both at any time through your browser settings, and the site keeps working without them.
Third parties
None on the page itself. Typefaces are served from our own servers rather than from a font network, so loading this page does not hand your IP address to anyone else. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes the technical request data any web host needs to serve a page.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or the UK, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask us to stop using it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to hello@rivuni.ai and we answer within thirty days, usually the same week. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
